Refund policy

All sales on shipped items are final due authentication certification chain of command. If an item arrives damaged, we will issue store credit, and/or work with the shipping entity on any replacement costs.  However, we realize each circumstance is different, and we will evaluate them that way, in order to find the best customer outcome.
